We’ll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly message credits. If you exceed the limit, your chatbot will continue working but responses will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. We never cut off your customers without warning.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard — no questions asked. After cancellation, your account and data remain accessible for 30 days so you have time to export anything you need.
