A message credit is used each time a customer sends a message to your chatbot. We’ll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, your chatbot stays online but responses will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. We never cut off your customers without warning.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard — no questions asked. After cancellation, your account and data remain accessible for 30 days so you have time to export anything you need.
